This delicious beef stew is such a quick and easy crockpot recipe. It’s great during the winter or on a rainy day. This hearty recipe goes great with homemade bread, especially, a loaf of whole wheat bread.
1 package of stew beef
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of mushrooms (approx. 4 ounces)
½ of a white onion finely chopped
1 potato chopped into bite size pieces
1 whole carrot sliced
½ cup of water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
2 table spoons of olive oil
Add all of the ingredients together in your crockpot on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours.
