Honest Diapers VS Earth and Eden Diapers

Honest Diapers VS Earth and Eden Diapers

Are you wondering how Honest diapers compare against Earth and Eden diapers? If you’re wondering which of the two eco-friendly diapers are best, I’d love to share with you a little about each diaper.

As a mom who has survived two under two, I feel like I’m now an informal diaper expert. Both of my children had very sensitive skin so I tried out quite a few diapers. Before becoming a mom, I would have never imagined that I would be buying premium brand diapers. I’m at least somewhat frugal but after trying all the big brands, both of my children would always end up with bad rashes. I ended up liking both Honest and Earth + Eden. Both are great for babies who have sensitive skin. I also felt good about buying from brands that used sustainably sourced materials for their diapers.

I have seen many people ask which is better Earth and Eden or Honest diapers? Let me give you the scoop on both.

Honest Diapers Pros

Super cute designs

One pro about Honest diapers is they have the cutest designs. Since I had two in diapers at the same time I ended up with a bunch of different designs. They are all fun and cute. I especially loved the floral pattern for my daughter, it was one of my favorites.

Absorbent

I would go as far to say that Honest makes the most absorbent diapers on the market right now. Having extra absorbent diapers with two under two was amazing. It basically helped save my sanity.

Eco friendly

According to the Honest website, Honest brand diapers are made with plant based materials and sustainably harvested fluff pulp so you can feel good about your choice to use these disposable diapers.

Great for sensitive skin

I had to try quite a few diapers with both my kids to find a brand that didn’t irritate their skin. Even the big name brands gave my kids rashes and I found they were no where near as absorbent as Honest diapers.

Honest Diapers Cons

Price

Price is definitely a factor when it comes to Honest brand diapers since they are considered a premium brand.

No size seven diapers

I really wish Honest made a size seven diaper. My son was getting too big for diapers before we potty trained him so there were lots of leaks. A size 7 would have been nice for that final stretch!

Earth and Eden Diaper Pros

Carries larger sizes

I like that Earth and Eden diapers carry up to a size 7 diaper where as Honest only carries up to a size 6.

Eco friendly

According to Earth and Eden’s website, their diapers use sustainably sourced wood fluff pulp and are free of natural latex rubber, and use non-toxic water inks for their diapers.

Great for sensitive skin

I found that Earth and Eden diapers were also great for sensitive skin. They don’t contain any harsh chemicals or fragrances like some of the big brands do.

Less expensive option

I love that Earth and Eden diapers are eco-friendly, great for sensitive skin, and cost effective. They are on the lower end of the price range for premium diapers.

Earth and Eden Diaper Cons

Not as absorbent

When comparing Earth and Eden diapers to Honest diapers, Earth and Eden are no where near as absorbent.

No overnight diapers

Another con about Earth and Eden diapers is that they don’t have any overnight diapers available.

So which diaper is better Honest or Earth and Eden?

I do prefer Honest diapers over Earth and Eden diapers but all in all, both are great diapers. If you are wanting an eco-friendly diaper or a diaper for sensitive skin both are great options. If you are on a budget but have a baby with sensitive skin or you are an eco-conscious consumer then Earth and Eden would be a great brand to check out.

Want to save money on diapers?

I love using Amazon subscribe and save for diapers. It saves my family a ton of money and they have both Earth and Eden and Honest diapers. I have saved major money and it is easy to go in and change your size or return unopened boxes if your baby outgrows a size. I think Amazon subscribe and save is one of the best ways to save money when you have a baby in diapers.
