  • Red bell pepper
  • Jalapeño pepper
  • White onion finely diced
  • Chicken thighs
  • Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Garlic salt
  • Adobe sauce with chipotles
  • Chicken stock or broth
  • Water

How do I make this recipe?

To make this recipe, first gather and measure out your ingredients. You will need:

  • 1/2 of a red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 of a jalapeño pepper minced*
  • 1 small white onion finely diced
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic salt
  • 1 can of adobe sauce with chipotles (about 7 ounces)
  • 1 cup of chicken stock or broth
  • 1 cup of water
