Anything Cookies Recipe
Anything Cookies are exactly that- anything you want them to be! Whether you want M&Ms, chocolate chip, coconut, butterscotch chips, or whatever else you can think of. This is one cookie dough recipe with limitless options.
2 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup or 1 stick of butter slightly softened
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of white sugar
1 tablespoons of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Small pinch of salt
Approximately 1 cup of anything you want (chocolate chips, M&Ms, coconut, etc.)
Cream the butter, brown sugar and white sugar together and then add in the flour and eggs. Add the remaining ingredients except for the one cup of anything and mix well with a hand mixer. Stir in your favorite ingredient and then drop the cookies in approximately 1 to 2 tablespoon sizes onto a nonstick tray. Bake at 350 degrees for eight to ten minutes. I decided I would do half M&Ms and Andes Mints (I just stuck the candy in the freezer before baking). Let me know what your favorite variety is in the comments below!
