1large limeor two tablespoons of bottled lime juice
Instructions
Spray your slow cooker with non-stick spray. Add your chicken breast.
Next, add the taco seasoning.
Add the lime juice and salsa. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
Shred the chicken using two forks and serve over tortillas, rice, or burrito bowls with your favorite toppings such as sour cream, shredded cheese, diced onion, avocado, and salsa.
