These Instant Pot maple carrots
are so easy to make. They're the perfect side dish for weeknight dinners. They're also great to make in your Instant Pot during the holidays to free up room in your oven!

Instructions
To make these carrots, add all the ingredients to your Instant Pot.
Set your valve to sealing then cook on high pressure for two minutes for tender carrots or three minutes for very soft carrots.
Once the cycle is over, perform a quick release.
Stir well before serving. I recommend spooning some of the liquid over the carrots when serving.
