This copycat McAlister's club sandwich is perfect for lunch. Save time and money by making a delicious copycat version of your restaurant favorite at home!
Toast your bread in a toaster (or you can use your oven to do them all at once).
If you're using regular bacon (I used the pre-cooked kind) fry your bacon and drain the fat the slices on paper towels. Set aside to cool.
Next, set aside three slices. Add mayonnaise and mustard to two slices of bread.
Add one slice of Swiss cheese to one piece, one piece of cheddar to another, and the spring mix and sliced tomato to the last.
Add bacon to one slice, turkey to another, and ham to the last.
Place the slices on top of each other and cut into quarters. Add a toothpick to hold the sandwiches together (if desired, remove before eating).
Repeat directions to assemble the second sandwich.
Notes
***Nutritional information is an estimate only.To speed up time, bake the bread, don't use a toaster.I used wheat bread, but rye, white, marble, croissants, or Ciabatta will all work.
