fresh rosemary sprigs(about a handful, cleaned and dried)

Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a roasting dish or casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and then place your chicken thighs in the dish, add the garlic salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
Juice one of the lemons and add it to the mixture.
Then slice the other lemon into thin slices and place over the chicken with the fresh rosemary.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the juices run clear.
