Add the mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, and mayonnaise in a small bowl and whisk until they are well mixed.
Chop the bacon into small pieces and begin to fry it in a pan on medium heat.
When the bacon begins to cook, season the chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper and then add the chicken to the bacon. Cook for approximately three minutes (note that the chicken will NOT be done).
In an oven safe casserole dish (I used a glass Pyrex pan), add the chicken breasts and cover them with the prepared honey mustard, bacon pieces, mushrooms, and cheese.
Bake for approximately 30 at minutes at 350 degrees or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
