In a large mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together first.
Mix the wet ingredients together next. You’ll want to just slightly soften your butter enough to mix into the dough.
Next, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients then mix with a hand mixer until everything is well combined.
Chill the dough for at least an hour, preferably two hours. If you can chill the dough overnight.
Once the dough has been chilled, preheat your oven to 325 degrees and grease two large cookie sheets.
Roll your dough into balls. You’ll want to use a medium cookie scoop to gauge or about 1 ½ tablespoons.
Dunk and coat into the powdered sugar.
Place dough balls on two greased cookie sheets.
Bake for 11 to 12 minutes at 325 degrees one tray at a time.
Notes
The cookie dough needs to be chilled. If you can let the dough chill for two hours or even overnight, that is best. Also, the cookies are baked at 325 degrees, not 350 degrees.Nutritional information is an estimate only.
