Copycat Cracker Barrel Carrots in the Crockpot
These slightly sweet carrots are such a versatile side dish. They go great with roasted or fried chicken, meatloaf, pot roast, really almost anything
Servings 8 people
- 2 lbs fresh baby carrots
- 2 tsp salt you can do less salt, if you are sodium sensitive.
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/3 cup water
Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray.
Add all of your ingredients except the water and stir well.
Add the water and then cook on low for 6 hours.
Drain the water before serving.
