2 ½cupsall purpose flour
2teaspoonbaking soda
1cupwhite sugar
¾cupbrown sugar
1 ½teaspooncinnamon
¾teaspoonnutmeg

1cupvegetable oil
1cupraisinsor dates
1cupmilk
2medium eggsbeaten
Instructions
Add the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, spices, and baking soda) to a large mixing bowl and then mix well with a large spoon.
Next, slowly add in your wet ingredients. Mix well with a hand mixer.
Stir in your raisins and diced apples with a large spoon.
Pour your dough into a greased bundt cake pan. The dough may seem thick but it will loosen as the apples release moisture while baking.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean from the middle.
You can serve this apple cake as is (its best when it’s warm out of the oven) or you dust the cake with powdered sugar on top.
Notes
