whole wheat flour

baking soda

cinnamon

nutmeg

extra virgin

honey

large bananas, extra ripe
mashed with a fork (about 2 cups)

milk
regular, almond, or coconut all work

vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients and stir well with a large spoon.
Next, add in your wet ingredients.
Mix with a hand mixer until everything is well mixed.
Pour into a standard muffin tin that has been greased or lined with cupcake liners.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
