instant coffee granules

chopped pecans
vanilla ice cream and whipped cream

Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and then grease an 8 x 8 inch pan.
Melt your butter in the microwave and set aside to cool.
In a large mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients (flour, salt, cocoa powder, instant coffee, and sugar). Stir well.
Add in the wet ingredients (eggs, butter, and vanilla extract). Mix with a hand mixer until well combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips and pecans with a large spoon.
Pour batter into an 8 x 8 inch pan (greased) and bake for 28 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Notes
Mix the dry ingredients and then add in your wet ingredients for the best results.
Begin by melting your butter so you can set it aside to cool. If it is too hot it can scramble your eggs.
Don't over bake brownies or they'll become dry.
