Begin by heating your chocolate up in a double boiler. If you don't have a double boiler, you can use a large pot and smaller pot. Fill the larger pot with water and then place the smaller pot inside of it. Fill the smaller pot with chocolate.
Wash and clean your strawberries while the chocolate melts. Dry them very well. Break your pretzels in half to form the antlers. Poke a half of a pretzel on each side of your strawberries.
Once your chocolate melts, pour the chocolate into a bowl and dip each strawberry (or you can spoon the chocolate over them). Place the strawberries on a piece of wax paper that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
Wait about five minutes so the chocolate is less runny and add the eyes and nose.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes so the chocolate can harden.
