Baking sheet with parchment paper (not wax paper) or well greased
Ingredients
1boxyellow cake mix
½cupbrown sugarpacked
12tablespoonsunsalted butter(¾ cup) softened to room temperature
½cupcreamy peanut butter
2tablespoonsmilk
1large eggbeaten
2cupsoatsquick or old fashioned
¾cupM&Ms
½cupchocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Next, in a large mixing bowl add the cake mix, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter, milk, and egg. Mix until well combined.
Next, stir in the oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms with a large spoon.
Form large dough balls (about 3 tablespoons) and add to a parchment paper (NOT wax paper) lined baking sheet or a well greased baking sheet. Leave room for the cookies to spread some (I did 6 per sheet).
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. I recommend checking at 12 minutes (I baked mine for 13). Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. This will help them finish baking.
