ripe or extra ripe bananas
mashed with a fork (about 1 ½ cups of mashed bananas)

Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and greasing a loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl add flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir well.
Add in the egg, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, milk, and bananas. Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
Pour into the greased loaf pan. Add walnuts and pecans, if desired.
Bake for 55 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the top.
