This recipe for anything cookies is a great cookie dough base. You can use this dough for chocolate chip cookies, Andes mints cookies, M&Ms cookies, kitchen sink cookies, or really almost anything you can think of!

all purpose flour

teaspoon
baking soda
½
teaspoon
baking powder

unsalted butter
slightly melted

white sugar
¾

brown sugar

tablespoon
vanilla extract

salt

teaspoon
apple cider vinegar
1
egg
beaten
add ins of your choice (such as chocolate chips, M&Ms, white chocolate chips with macadamia nuts, etc.)
Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl add the dry ingredients.
Add in the wet ingredients. Make sure the butter is cooled or it will scramble the egg.
Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add in your favorite mix-ins such as chocolate chips, Andes mints, M&Ms, etc.
Scoop on to a greased cookie sheet (about two tablespoons per cookie) with room for the cookies to spread.
Bake at 350 degrees for 16 to 18 minutes or until edges are golden and toasted.
