8 x 8 (2 quart) casserole dish
2cupsquick cooking oats
1 ½cupscups milk (coconut, almond, or soy all work fine as well)
1tbsppure vanilla extract
1 ½cupsfresh blueberriesmay also use strawberries or blackberries, if desired

Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and spray a 8 x 8 pan with non-stick spray.
