Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl combine the brownie mix, egg, oil, and water.
Mix well with a hand mixer until the batter is no longer lumpy and is well mixed.
Use a medium cookie scoop (about 1 ½ tbsp) to form the dough into balls.
Place on greased baking sheets. Bake your cookies for 8 to 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the cookies with sea salt when they’re right of the oven.
Let them cool and then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Wait to top any extras with caramel sauce and store any extras in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 to 4 days. When ready to serve again, top with caramel sauce.
