  • 1 bag baby carrots (about 16 ounces)
  • ½ stick unsalted butter (4 tablespoons)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup water


  • In a large pot, melt the butter on medium heat.
  • Add the carrots, salt, brown sugar, water, and honey. Stir well.
  • Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
