3tablespoonFrench vanilla instant pudding do not prepare the mix
2tablespoonorange gelatin mix do not prepare the mix
2-3ouncesvanilla candy coating
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper (not wax paper).
Lightly spray a sheet of wax paper with non-stick spray and then set aside.
Run your Oreos through a food processor until they are finely crushed. You do not need to remove the filling, just run them through as is.
In a mixing bowl add the finely crushed Oreos, 3 tablespoons of pudding mix, and 2 tablespoon of orange gelatin mix. Mix well and set aside.
Spread on the baking sheet and bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Check at 5 minutes to turn over. I like to keep a close eye on mind so it doesn't burn. Let it cool.
Preferably in a double boiler, heat and melt your vanilla coating (stir frequently).
Dip your strawberries one at a time into the vanilla coating and then dip in the Oreo crumbles, gelatin, and pudding mix right after.
Set the dipped strawberry on the wax paper to set.
Continue until all strawberries have been dipped.
Let them set for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator and then serve.
