Ingredients

cup
all purpose flour

ripe bananas
mashed with a fork
1
cup
white sugar
½
cup
honey
⅓
cup
buttermilk
½
cup
vegetable oil
2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
2
large eggs
beaten
1
teaspoon
baking soda
½
teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
cinnamon
½
cup
chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Add the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir well.
Mix the mashed bananas, oil, vanilla extract, and buttermilk together in.
Next, mix the honey and the eggs in.
Mix well with a hand mixer.
Add the nuts and stir them in with a spoon if desired.
Pour into your loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the bread.
