Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin tin with liners.
In a large mixing bowl, add the bananas. Mash them with your mixer.
Add the remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined (do not over mix).
Pour into the lined muffin tin to about ⅔ full. Do not overfill.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the middle. They should be lightly browned.
