Fry your bacon in a large skillet and transfer to paper towels to drain any excess fat.

While the bacon cools, chop your broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces.
5 cups broccoli and cauliflower florets
Mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Whisk together.
1 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, ¼ cup white sugar, ¼ teaspoon salt
Mix the mayonnaise mixture with the broccoli and cauliflower. Add chopped bacon on top.
