This Baked Burrata is made with fresh Burrata and tangy marinara sauce. It is absolutely perfect on toasted bread and an absolute breeze to make. Guests will never guess how quick and easy it was to make either!
1jarmarinara sauce(about 24 ounces) use your favorite brand, I used Rao's
8ouncesfresh burratadrained
2tablespoonsfresh basilfinely chopped
red pepper flakesoptional, add to taste
toasted bread or flatbread for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350℉ degrees and spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray. Add your favorite marinara sauce (I recommend Rao's or another bold marinara sauce) and the chopped basil.
1 jar marinara sauce, 2 tablespoons fresh basil
Add the burrata to the middle of the dish. If you like you can red pepper flakes to taste.
8 ounces fresh burrata, red pepper flakes
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until everything is nice and bubbly. Serve with toasted bread.
