Best Burger Seasoning
This dry mix really is the
best burger seasoning
ever. It is a little sweet, a little spicy, and makes for wonderfully flavorful burgers.

Ingredients

paprika

black pepper

brown sugar

garlic salt

onion powder

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together well.
Sprinkle the seasoning on top of each burger patty, do not mix it in the meat. This will create a delicious crust on top.
Grill your burgers.
Notes
My burgers were ⅓ pound each (I made 4). If you are making larger burgers or more than 4, you can double this recipe.
