1 ½cupsmilk you can substitute unsweetened almond milk, if needed

For the crumble topping
5tablespoonunsalted butter
⅓cupall purpose flour
⅓cupsugar
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine the 5 tablespoons of butter, ⅓ cup of flour, and ⅓ cup sugar. Use either a pastry cutter or a food processor with a gentle pulse to combine all the ingredients. The crumble topping should resemble pea like crumbs. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients except for the blueberries. Stir well with a large spoon.
2 cups oatmeal (quick or rolled), ½ cup sugar, 2 tablespoon light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 large egg, 1 ½ cups milk
Next, stir in your blueberries.
1 ¼ cup blueberries
Pour into a greased deep dish pie pan or 8 inch casserole dish.
Add the crumble on top of the oatmeal.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. After, use your broil setting for about one minute to brown the crumble topping.
