This Copycat Boston Market Creamed Spinach is the perfect restaurant style side dish to make at home! It is cheesy, creamy, and absolutely delicious. Plus, it so easy and takes just a few minutes to put together.
20ouncesfrozen spinach(2 boxes of 10 ounce frozen spinach)
4tablespoonsunsalted butter
2tablespoonscorn starch
4ouncescream cheese
1cupheavy cream
⅓cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonsaltor to taste
Instructions
Begin by adding your frozen spinach to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave according to the directions on the box (be careful the bowl may become very hot).

Next, transfer the spinach to a colander to remove any excess water from the spinach. You may also want to pat down the spinach with paper towels, if needed.
Add the butter to a large cooking pot and melt it on medium heat.
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Once the butter is melted, whisk in the corn starch until the mixture is well combined and thickens.
2 tablespoons corn starch
Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Then add in the remaining ingredients and stir well. Cook on medium-low heat for about 8 minutes.
