This Copycat Boston Market Creamed Spinach is the perfect restaurant style side dish to make at home! It is cheesy, creamy, and absolutely delicious. Plus, it so easy and takes just a few minutes to put together.

I am a huge fan of making Copycat Recipes at home! The closest Boston Market to us recently closed and I wanted to recreate some of their recipes at home including their creamed spinach (one of my all time favorites)! This is a no fuss copycat recipe that tastes super close to the restaurant version.

For this recipe, you will need:
- Frozen spinach: You will need two boxes of frozen spinach (about 10 ounces each).
- Butter: I recommend using unsalted butter so you can control how much salt is going into the recipe.
- Corn starch
- Cream cheese
- Heavy cream
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Onion powder, garlic powder, and salt

You will need a microwave safe dish, colander, and large pot.

Begin by adding your frozen spinach to a microwave safe bowl (image 1). Microwave according to the directions on the box (be careful the bowl may become very hot).
Next, transfer the spinach to a colander to remove any excess water from the spinach (image 2). You may also want to pat down the spinach with paper towels, if needed.
Add the butter to a large cooking pot and melt it on medium heat. Once the butter is melted, whisk in the corn starch until the mixture is well combined and thickens (image 3).
Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Then add in the remaining ingredients and stir well (image 4). Cook on medium-low heat for about 8 minutes.
