1tablespoonranch dressing mix be sure to use just one tablespoon and not the entire packet
1tablespoongreen onionfinely chopped
¼teaspooncracked black pepperor to taste
1tablespoonred wine vinegar
¼cupgrated Parmesan Romano cheese
1tablespoonfreeze dried chives
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
