This rich and decadent Copycat Carrabba's Alfredo tastes just like the restaurant version. It is an easy copycat dinner idea that your entire family will love!
1 ½cupsParmesan cheesegrated or shaved (not the powdered kind)
½teaspoonsaltor to taste
¼teaspoonwhite pepperor to taste
Instructions
Begin by cutting your butter into small pieces.
Heat your heavy cream on low and add a little bit of the butter at a time. Whisk as the butter starts to melt and continue to add the rest of the butter.
1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 cup unsalted butter
Turn to a low simmer then whisk well. Reduce the heat and add the salt, white pepper, and Parmesan a little at a time. Whisk until everything is well combined.
½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon white pepper, 1 ½ cups Parmesan cheese
Serve over freshly cooked fettuccine pasta.
