1small jardiced pimentosabout 4 ounces
¼cupmayonnaise
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Using the large setting on your cheese grater, grate four ounces of medium cheddar cheese and four ounces of pepper jack cheese.
In a medium bowl combine the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well with a whisk or spoon.
Drain your pimentos.
Add in your cheese and pimentos then stir well.
Serve with crackers, toast, or use as sandwich filling.

Notes
I think this pimento cheese tastes much closer to the original if you grate your own cheese. Of course, if you're in a hurry you can skip this step but if you have time it will make a big difference.
I have heard (but cannot confirm) that Chicken Salad Chick uses Duke brand mayonnaise.
