Add all of the ingredients to a large pot and cook over medium high heat then reduce to a simmer for about 20 to 25 or until the carrots are tender. Drain any excess water before serving.
Slow cooker instructions:
Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray. Add all of your ingredients except the water and stir well.
Add the water and then cook on low for 6 hours. Drain the water before serving.
