Instructions
Turn your Instant Pot to saute mode. Add the olive oil to your Instant Pot then season each side of your chicken breast. Saute each side for one minute.

Carefully, remove the chicken and add the trivet (wire rack). Add one cup of chicken broth (use two cups if you are using an 8 quart pressure cooker) and the chicken breast on the trivet.

Secure the lid to your Instant Pot. Turn the valve to sealing pressure.
Select pressure cook (or manual cook) and cook at high pressure for 8 minutes for fresh chicken. For frozen select 10 to 12 minutes (depending on how large your chicken breast are).
Once the cooking cycle is complete, carefully do a quick release.
