Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add 1 ½ cups of mini marshmallows in with the cereal. Stir gently until they are mixed in.

In a large pot, melt your butter. Reduce your heat to medium-low and whisk in the salt and nutmeg.
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, 1 pinch salt
Add in the remaining marshmallows and maple syrup. I recommend using a medium-low heat and stirring constantly for the best results. Cook until everything is melted evenly.

Pour the mixture into the bowl of cereal and marshmallows. Mix well with a spatula then gently press into a greased 9 x 13 inch dish.
Let sit for at least one hour before cutting and serving.
