Instructions
Pour your oil in a frying pan and heat it.

In a medium bowl, combine the all purpose flour and seasoning salt. Stir together.

In another bowl, combine the discard and buttermilk. Whisk together.
½ cup sourdough discard, ½ cup buttermilk
Coat each chicken tender with the buttermilk and discard mixture then toss them in the flour mixture until they are well coated.
Fry the chicken tenders in batches until the pieces are golden brown. Mine took about 6 to 8 minutes per batch. When they are done cooking place them on paper towels to drain the excess oil.
