I have maintained my sourdough starter for several years now and I think it is such a wonderful thing to cook with. Of course you can make bread with it, but you can also make so many other tasty things. I’ve made things like Sourdough Cheese It Crackers, Sourdough Animal Crackers, and even Sourdough Chicken Parmesan with it.

You can even make chicken tenders with it! My kids loved these sourdough discard chicken tenders. They use just a handful of ingredients and are so quick and easy to make.
