These copycat Cheddar’s carrots are simmered in brown sugar and butter. They are a super easy and inexpensive side dish. They’re great for a regular weeknight dinner or perfect as a holiday side.

My son is a pretty picky eater but one thing he does love are glazed carrots. It’s been awhile since we’ve been to a Cheddar’s because there’s not one super close to us, but the last time we went my son ate all of his carrots when we went. I can’t say I blame him, the carrots at Cheddar’s are really good!
These copycat carrots are easy to make and a perfect side dish for an everyday dinner. They’re also great for holidays like Thanksgiving or Christmas! Not only are these easy but they’re also a super inexpensive side dish to make.
