✂️ How to make (step by step guide)

A step by step guide showing how to make a St Patrick's Day Paper Plate Wreath for kids.

Begin by painting or coloring your paint green (image 1). I recommend green for St Patrick’s Day but you could also do gold or your favorite color. Let it dry, if using paint. Cut a circle out from the middle of the plate (image 2).

Next, color the printable art in (image 3). Cut it out and glue it to the plate (image 4). You can add a hole punch or tape a looped pipe cleaner on the back, if you’d like to hang the wreath up.

⭐ Tips

  • If kids want to cut the art out they can leave white space around the shamrocks.
  • We used a tempera paint stick to quickly paint the paper plate. The tempera paint sticks dry quicker than traditional paints.
  • Feel free to add a creative flair like glitter or stickers!
