I recently made these super cute Flag Graham Cracker Snacks with my two kids and then with my son’s Cub Scout friends. They were a huge hit and I think the kids really enjoyed making them.

  • Tastes great: This is a delicious treat and perfect on a hot summer day.

The ingredients needed to make flag graham cracker snacks.

Complete list of ingredients and amounts can be found in the recipe card below.

For this recipe, you will need:

  • Graham crackers: We used cinnamon graham crackers but any variety works (plain, cinnamon, chocolate, or even homemade).

  • Strawberries and blueberries

🍓Variations and substitutions

You can swap the strawberries for raspberries, if desired. Cream cheese or white icing may also be used in place of the Cool Whip.

⏲️ Recipe instructions (step by step guide)

A collage with three images showing step by step instructions on how to make flag graham cracker snacks.

Begin by slicing your strawberries into small, rectangular pieces (image 1). Next, gently spread a layer of whipped topping on a graham cracker (image 2). Add blueberries in the upper left corner and sliced strawberries across (image 3).

👩🏻‍🍳 Tips

  • Be very gentle with the graham crackers when spreading the Cool Whip on them. They have a tendency to break easily.
  • If substituting cream cheese, be sure to use room temperature cream cheese or whipped cream cheese so it is easy to spread.

🥡 How to store leftovers

You can store any leftovers in your refrigerator. They will quickly become soggy so I recommend eating them within an hour or two from making.
