- Tastes great: This is a delicious treat and perfect on a hot summer day.
🥣 Ingredients needed
Complete list of ingredients and amounts can be found in the recipe card below.
For this recipe, you will need:
- Graham crackers: We used cinnamon graham crackers but any variety works (plain, cinnamon, chocolate, or even homemade).
- Whipped topping: Such as Cool Whip.
- Strawberries and blueberries
🍓Variations and substitutions
You can swap the strawberries for raspberries, if desired. Cream cheese or white icing may also be used in place of the Cool Whip.
🔪 Equipment needed
You will need a cutting board and knife. You can use a kid-safe plastic or wooden knife, if children are helping.
⏲️ Recipe instructions (step by step guide)
Begin by slicing your strawberries into small, rectangular pieces (image 1). Next, gently spread a layer of whipped topping on a graham cracker (image 2). Add blueberries in the upper left corner and sliced strawberries across (image 3).
👩🏻🍳 Tips
- Be very gentle with the graham crackers when spreading the Cool Whip on them. They have a tendency to break easily.
- If substituting cream cheese, be sure to use room temperature cream cheese or whipped cream cheese so it is easy to spread.
🥡 How to store leftovers
You can store any leftovers in your refrigerator. They will quickly become soggy so I recommend eating them within an hour or two from making.
