This Instant Pot creamed corn is a great side dish for such a wide variety of dishes. This easy to make side dish goes great with crockpot barbecue chicken thighs, brown sugar and garlic whole chicken, or even as a side to ham or roasted turkey during the holidays.

For this recipe, you will need:
- Frozen corn: You’ll need two bags (about 12 ounces each).
- Unsalted butter: Butter and corn just go together!
- Cream cheese: I used full fat cream cheese.
- Heavy cream: The heavy cream really gives this corn a restaurant quality taste.
- Sugar and honey: To sweeten the corn.
- Salt and pepper: I recommend adding salt and pepper to taste.

Add the ingredients to your pressure cooker.
Seal the lid and set to cook on high for 3 minutes. When the cycle is complete, use the quick release.
Open the lid once the quick release cycle is done and then stir well.
