Bring one of your favorite dips home with this easy Copycat Qdoba Guacamole recipe. This fresh guacamole tastes just like the restaurant version.

I love sharing lots of Copycat Recipes but I am not always by the restaurants that people make requests for. I actually don’t have a Qdoba near me but I was able to try their food when we were visiting Dallas. The guacamole and their black beans were some of my favorites. Everything tasted fresh and it was so quick too.

The ingredients needed to make Copycat Qdoba guacamole.

For this guacamole recipe, you will need:

  • Avocados: You’ll want to use three large ripe avocados.
  • Red onion
  • Cilantro
  • Jalapeno: Be sure to remove the seeds.
  • Garlic powder
  • Lime: I recommend using fresh lime juice for the best results.
  • Sea salt

Peel your avocados, remove the pits, and mash them with a fork (image 1). Add in the remaining ingredients and add more salt or garlic powder to taste as desired (image 2).

Ingredients
  

  • 3 avocados (large and ripe) peeled with the pits removed
  • ½ cup red onion finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro finely diced
  • 1 jalapeno seeds removed, finely diced
  • 1 small lime juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt or salt to taste
