  • Brown sugar: You can use light or dark brown sugar. Dark brown sugar will have a stronger flavor.
  • Cream cheese: Make sure you soften your cream cheese to room temperature.
  • English toffee bits: Such as Heath pieces.
  • Vanilla extract

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Heath toffee pieces about one cup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine the brown sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, and salt in a bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
    ½ cup light brown sugar, 8 ounces cream cheese, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 pinch salt
  • Stir in the toffee pieces with a large spoon.
  • Serve with sliced apples and pears.
