My oldest is a whiz at the alphabet. He had an obsession with our wooden alphabet puzzle when he was younger. My youngest on the other hand can sing her ABCs but she is still working on identifying them. Both are actually totally normal, my kids are just progressing differently.
I wanted to make a fun Halloween themed activity I could do with my youngest so that we could work on the alphabet together. Since she loves Halloween and peeling stickers, I thought this would be perfect for her.

Why dot stickers?
We love using dot stickers for both learning activities as well as arts and crafts. I’m a huge fan of this big lot of dot stickers from Amazon. They’re easy enough for little hands to peel and stick which is actually great for fine motor skills.
They’re also super colorful! They’re great for other activities like this gumball machine printable, fall dot sticker printables, and apple numbers match.
What materials are needed for this activity?
For this Halloween alphabet activity, you will need:
- The free pumpkin alphabet printable (below)
- Orange dot stickers
- Black pen or permanent marker (for parents or adults only)

Next, label a set of orange dot stickers with letters to match up.
Have your child peel and stick them to match them.
Other notes
- If you’d like to make this printable more challenging, try writing lowercase letters on the dot stickers to match to the corresponding uppercase letter.
