Banana Bread with Butterscotch Pudding Mix

Banana Bread with Butterscotch Pudding Mix

Butterscotch and banana? YES! This banana bread with butterscotch pudding is an amazing combination of flavors. The butterscotch pudding mix also makes this a very moist banana bread.

I seriously never get tired of banana bread. With two toddlers, it seems like bananas either all get eaten or they’re left to turn brown. When they turn brown I either freeze them for smoothies or make banana bread. I have been on a quest to make ALL of the banana breads out there. I’ve made banana bread in a cast iron skillet, banana bread with coconut pudding mix, and even a yummy pumpkin banana bread.

Since the banana bread with coconut pudding mix turned out so well, I decided that I had to try out some different banana breads with pudding mixes. Butterscotch pudding mix and butterscotch chips are amazing in banana bread! They compliment each other so much.

  • Baking soda
  • Baking powder
