Do you have a Sonic near you? We love to stop by Sonic during happy hour when we need an afternoon pick me up or after a long day of swimming during the summer.

If you don’t know Sonic has a happy hour. Their happy hour is every day, yup, even on weekends! It runs from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and they offer half price drinks and slushies (some exclusions apply, be sure to check their website for all the details). It is a really great deal for me. I also love to bring my mom a drink when I visit her or bring my best friend an afternoon drink to enjoy when our kids get together for a play date. The best thing is that with their happy hour, it is a super inexpensive treat!

There are a ton of flavor combinations for Sonic drinks out there. I didn’t even know some of the different flavors and combinations were available! There is definitely something for everyone.

Not a soda drinker? Don’t worry, there are still a ton of great options! I’m actually not a big soda drinker either but you’ll be happy to know there are some fun limeade, lemonade, slush, tea, and even water options. Water?! Yes, even flavored waters. Their flavored waters are actually my favorite drink to get.

I’m going to start with their water combinations since they’re my favorite. I’m not a huge soda fan but I love a Route 44 water during the summer. Here in Houston, it gets super hot and humid, you have to stay hydrated! With 100 degree temperatures as the norm, you get really thirsty. Having a nice refreshing drink is such a treat when you’re trying to stay cool.
