This Copycat Buca Di Beppo Alfredo Sauce is a cozy dinner idea that you can easily make at home. It is easy and delicious dish that your whole family will love!

I love creating and sharing Copycat Recipes with my readers. I know that not everyone loves chain restaurants but I’m a big fan of Buca Di Beppo, espeically their alfredo. There’s something about their alfredo sauce that’s extra decadent. This copycat version is exactly that! It is one of my favorite comfort meals to make at home.

🍴 About this recipe
Just like my Copycat Buc-ee’s Brisket recipe, I asked the manager at Buca Di Beppo how they made their alfredo. Yes, you guys have me looking silly at restaurants! I’m the weird person asking how they make the recipe, what ingredients are in it, etc. I don’t mind though.
I asked if it is the same recipe in their official cookbook that uses egg yolks (which someone had mentioned in the Copycat Recipes Facebook Group) and I was told it was similar but they no longer use egg yolk. If you want to add some in, it will add a richer flavor.

🥗 What to serve with this recipe
Grilled chicken or shrimp, blackened salmon, or even this Italian Herb Chicken all go really nicely with this alfredo.
👩🏻🍳 Tips
- Whisk frequently to avoid clumps in your sauce.
- Don’t overdo it with the nutmeg, just a pinch or two will do.
- If you like, try grating the cheese yourself. It will give you a closer taste to the restaurant version.
🥡 How to store leftovers
Store any leftover alfredo sauce in an airtight container in your fridge. It will be good for up to four days after making.
I recommend that you reheat on low and stir frequently.
