You just need a few simple supplies for this craft:
- Paper plates
- Printable winter art (see below)
- Crayons, markers, or paint
- Tape or glue
- Scissors
✂️ How to make (step by step guide)
Begin by printing the art for the wreath (see below). Next, paint or color a paper plate their desired color(s) (image1).
Next, fold the plate in half and cut a circle out (image 2).
Color and then cut out the art for the wreath (image 3). Tape or glue on the wreath (image 4).
You can tape string or a pipe cleaner on the back to hang the wreath up with.
⭐ Tips
- I tried designing the snowflakes several ways to make them easy to cut out but I finally decided that the best way is to just leave some white around them and cut them out in a circle.
- You can also have your child put their own spin on this craft with things like stickers, ribbon, glitter, etc.
- Tape a folded pipe cleaner or string to the back so you can hang the wreath up.
- We used crayons for our wreath to avoid mess but you can also use paint or markers.
