This Copycat Cheesecake Factory Apple Crisp is a delicious wholesome dessert that you can easily recreate at home. It is perfect with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!

I know Cheesecake Factory is obviously known for their amazing cheesecakes (it’s in their name after all) but I do love their apple crisp too. It is just so warm and comforting. I always love opting to get their apple crisp and having just a bite of cheesecake from my kids (if they don’t mind).

❤️ Why you’ll love this recipe
- Nutty topping: This recipe has a little bit of nutty crunch just like the real deal.
- Easy: While some copycat recipes can be complicated and labor intensive (like my Copycat Maggiano’s Rigatoni D or my Copycat Buc-ee’s Brisket) this apple crisp is super simple to make.
- Taste: I feel like this apple crisp tastes almost exactly like the Cheesecake Factory version but is a much more budget friendly option that you can recreate at home.

Begin by preheating your oven to 350 F degrees and spraying a baking dish (8 x 8 inch) with non-stick spray. Next, add the chopped apples with the brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and lemon juice (image 1). Mix well until the apples are all coated.
Add the dishes to the baking dish (image 2).

🍦 What to serve with this recipe
I definitely recommend adding a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
👩🏻🍳 Tips
- Don’t chop your apples too small or leave them to large. A nice bite size piece is best.
- If you don’t have a pastry cutter you can use two forks.
🥡 How to store leftovers
Store any leftovers in your refrigerator. Leftovers will be good up to four days after making.
